3. Cara is a new social networking app for creatives, by creatives. Do we need another platform?

5. Erewhon collaborated with Vacation Inc. for a “Sunscreen” Smoothie.

6. Not sure how I missed this (?) but, Medmen, aka the “Apple Store of weed,” has filed for bankruptcy with $411 million in liabilities.

7. NVIDIA has surpassed Apple in market cap, reaching a valuation of $3T, second only to Microsoft. Separately, enjoy the CEO signing a woman’s boobs in Taiwan.  

8. Tesla released another hideous tequila bottle.

9. Major Twitch update: DJs can now legally livestream on the platform.

1. Fenty Hair. Haircare has been a booming category, and with so many celebrities in the game now what’s next? Feels like celebrity beauty/skincare 2-3 years ago.

2. You can now compete to work at IKEA in Roblox.

3. Etsy has been flooded by junk from Temu.

4. Atlanta was under a boil water advisory for most of this week! What is going on with the infrastructure in this country? (Nothing great!)

5. Dating is bad right now. Really bad. I’ve seen whispers of the 4B movement starting up in the US for… a few months now (at least on my algorithm!) 

6. Internet addiction changes your brain.

7. Brands want you to get married in Vegas? Shein did some weird Love Chapel pop-up at the end of May and Bumble ran a Vegas wedding contest?
